All items are in our walk-in store and have the chance to be bought first before your order is made. We are sorry if your item was bought when you made an order and we will let you know ASAP. If the item was sold,refunds will be given to items that are unavailable. All fragile items are shipped in more expansive boxes so we can wrap them with extra protection. All money seen in pictures are not included with the order, they are there to show you size size reference.
